called "life" running through the village's
private wood where it's possible and easy
to take some exercise with or without
the help of the gym apparatus.
Just a little effort is required.

The intensity of your training can vary,
but the beauty of nature and the fresh
air of the wood make the "path" easy.
All the exercise taken with the "path"
corresponds to 1hour spent
in a gymnasium.
But keeping in close touch with nature
you can better protect your health.

In the village there are also a jacuzzi tub
and a gym with aerobics, body building
and stretching courses.
All guests are watched by skilled trainers
following their guests individually.
